What is a vendor cart wrap?
A cart wrap is custom-printed removable vinyl, cut to the panel dimensions of your specific cart and installed over the existing finish. Because it's a full wrap — not a sticker or a sign — the cart reads as if the branding was manufactured into it, not applied on top.
We wrap coffee carts for corporate activations, bar services for weddings, fruit carts for brand launches, and every kind of pop-up vendor cart that shows up at an event. Every job is custom-fit to your cart's actual panel dimensions.

Materials
Two options: our Economy Vinyl — priced for single-event and short-term installs at a budget-friendly per-sq-ft; or Premium Vinyl (Air-Release) — a bubble-free-on-install cast/calendered film with longer outdoor life for months-long carts and high-touch activations. Add matte or gloss lamination on either for scratch and UV protection.

Sizes
Cart wraps are quoted by the total wrap area — measure width × height of every panel to be wrapped and add it up. Most standard coffee and bar carts total 25–60 square feet of wrap surface. Send us photos and rough dimensions and we'll help you spec.
Standard range: 24×24" to 240×120". Larger sizes seamed on request.
Finishing options
Choose matte lamination for a low-glare, subtle finish; both matte and gloss protect the print from scratches, cleaning, and UV fade for long-term use. Gloss lamination is available but shows glare, fingerprints, and dirt more, and doesn't photograph well under event lighting — we generally recommend matte unless gloss is essential to the design and look of your event.

Turnaround & delivery
Cart wraps are custom builds — plan for 3–5 business days from proof approval once we have measurements and print-ready art. 48-hour and 24-hour rush production is available but not guaranteed; templating takes real time, so earlier is always better.
Frequently asked questions
Can I upload my multi-panel wrap PDF for an instant quote?+
Yes — the configurator has a "Quote from PDF" uploader. Drop your multi-page PDF (each page = one wrap panel), pick a scale factor (100%, 50%, 25%, or 10% for Illustrator large-format artboards, plus a custom multiplier), and we'll read every page's dimensions, thumbnail them, and price the whole file live. You can toggle individual pages in or out and see a per-panel breakdown before adding it to the cart as one grouped line item with all panel dimensions saved for production.
Do I need to send my cart for measurement?+
No — we work from your measurements and photos. If you own the cart, send us a datasheet or model number and we'll build to spec. If it's a rental, get panel dimensions from the rental company or send photos with a ruler for scale.
Can cart wraps be removed cleanly after the event?+
Yes — our wrap vinyls are formulated for clean removal within a reasonable window (typically 1–2 years). Add a protective laminate if the wrap will be up longer, and always test-peel a small corner before pulling the whole panel.
Will the wrap damage the cart's finish?+
Our wrap vinyls are safe on painted metal, powder-coated finishes, and most sealed surfaces. They are not recommended for raw wood, chalk paint, or already-peeling finishes.
How much of the cart should I wrap?+
Wrap the panels guests see — front, sides, and any signage areas. Wrapping the back and interior is usually a waste unless the cart is in the middle of a room with 360° sightlines.
Who installs the wrap at the event?+
Most cart-wrap installs are simple enough for a two-person crew with a squeegee and painter's tape from your local hardware store. For complex compound curves or high-value brand activations, book a professional installer — we can recommend installers in most metros.
Can I re-wrap the same cart for a different event?+
Yes — cart wraps are single-use vinyl, but the underlying cart can be re-wrapped as many times as you like. Each new event gets fresh printed vinyl.
