What is a vinyl by the sq ft?
Vinyl by the sq ft is exactly what it sounds like: full-color printed adhesive vinyl, priced by the printed area and cut to whatever dimensions you specify. Same wide-format printers and inks we use for our cart wraps and dance floors, sold as raw printed material without the templating or install support.
This is the right pick when you know exactly what you need — a signmaker adding printed vinyl to a fabricated sign, a venue crew re-skinning a fixture, an installer doing a custom vehicle or wall graphic on their own. Two options: our Economy Vinyl for short-term and single-event installs (priced for events), or Premium Vinyl (Air-Release) — a bubble-free-on-install cast/calendered film for longer outdoor life on vehicles, exterior fixtures, and permanent installs. Add matte or gloss lamination on either.

Sizes
Order from 6"×6" up to 240"×120". Very large pieces print in vertical strips seamed on install — talk to us if you need a plan for a specific piece.
Standard range: 6×6" to 240×120". Larger sizes seamed on request.
Finishing options
Matte lamination adds a low-glare, tactile finish and protects the print from scratches and UV fade. Gloss lamination is available but shows glare, fingerprints, and dirt more, and doesn't photograph well under event lighting — we generally recommend matte unless gloss is essential to the design.

Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days from proof approval. 48-hour and 24-hour rush is available but not guaranteed — subject to shop capacity.

What's the difference between event wrap and long-term wrap film?+
Event wrap vinyl (Easy-Apply) is priced for short-term event use — bubble-free install, removable within a year or two. Long-term wrap film is a premium cast vinyl rated for outdoor use for several years and conforms to compound curves — the right pick for vehicles, exterior signage, and permanent installs.
How is it shipped?+
Small pieces ship flat. Larger pieces ship rolled. Very large jobs may ship as multiple rolls with seam guidance included.
What file format should I upload?+
Print-ready PDF at 100% scale with a 0.125" bleed if artwork extends to the edge. High-resolution PNG, JPG, SVG, or AI files also work. The in-browser preflight will flag resolution or dimension issues before you check out.
Do you handle multi-panel PDFs for one job?+
Yes — upload a multi-page PDF where each page is one panel of your job. The uploader reads every page's dimensions, prices per page, and adds the whole file as a single grouped line item.
